"Business Friendly Bank" Programme


Joint project
Since 1999, IPED together with Polish American Advisory Agency (PAAA), Warsaw Banking Institute, and Polish Chamber of Commerce, has been conducting a project aimed at fostering cooperation between banks and small businesses.

Bank education
Banks receive first hand information on client opinions and suggestions how to do banking business. Benchmarking analyses prepared for all participants allow for the improvement weak points and exploitation of the strengths, while being confidential and are known only to participating banks. Contest educates banks in the area of small business needs, expectations and development plans.
